Specialty in Level, Systems and Content Design

  • Award-winning Designer with experience in Unity for PC/Console and mobile development.

  • Established design processes used across projects for developing level design plans used to get buy-in from stakeholders.

  • Owned the design, implementation and iteration of levels, features and mechanics throughout the full development cycle of multiple game projects.

  • Rapidly iterated on designs using a plethora of in-engine tooling, including ProBuilder, tilemaps, timelines and spline tools.

  • Created and upkept documentation and spreadsheets used as the source-of-truth for all disciplines across projects.

Adaptable team player with leadership experience

  • Led feature teams to co-ordinate multiple disciplines in the development of core gameplay features.

  • Ran different ceremonies to ensure alignment and buy-in across the team, including stand-ups, sprint planning and feature kick-offs.

  • Championed both aspiring and junior designers, having mentored them in game design and working to upskill them.

  • Organised Jira epics and user stories, delegated tasks to junior designers 

Passion for accessibility and data-driven design

  • Advocate for implementing accessibility features into the designs of games where possible, particularly as someone with red-green colourblindness who can speak from experience.

  • Worked with UX to organise and facilitate playtests, recording data against previously established hypotheses and using the findings to inform future design decisions.

  • Exhibited games in-person at various conventions (including PAX Australia and Supanova), ​ ensuring all players leave having had a positive experience.
